Neil Crud:It was a mistake to turn up at an all dayer with Garry Davies at 3pm and start drinking Pedigree Ale and no food. We were on at 8pm and by then I was seven sheets to the wind. Apparently, I fell backwards during the first song knocking my amp over but just carried on playing on my back until someone picked me up.
At the end of the short set I dived head first into the drumkit. The bruises of which I bore for a good couple of weeks later.
