Bassist Steve Brute told us at midnight on the eve of this gig that he was quitting the band. We knew it was coming due to his family ties, I feel for the guy (and ourselves) as he's such a great bassist. Thankfully we managed find as equally good a bassist in Tracey who said she'd play on the eleventh hour.
Good gig, good fun, good crowd. Smackrats were playing a one-off reunion after 5 years and it was a night of riotous fun and nudity!
